DWPCNET E-Mail Authorization Form
The group of retired employees called DWPCNET is making preparations to publish and distribute the tenth edition of the DWP Retirees’ Directory. If you are currently listed in the Directory and have corrections for the information listed there, fill out the Directory Correction Request Form in the front of the Directory and mail it as indicated. If you are presently listed in the Directory and would like to add your e-mail address, retype and fill out the form below the double line, or as an alternative, visit the Retirement Website link http://retirement.ladwp.com/DWPCNET and send the information, as an E-mail, to Earl L. Morrison, EarlLM@aol.com with a copy to Robert K. Pearce, rkpearce2004@yahoo.com. If you are not listed in the directory and would like to be included, contact the Retirement Office at 213-367-1715 and request that a “Green Card” be sent to you. The returned “Green Cards” will be given to a member of DWPCNET for appropriate action. Requests for changes or additions to the Directory should be submitted promptly. The cut off date for changes will be March 1, 2007.

I will not use it, nor allow it to be used for business solicitations or commercial purposes. DWPCNET has custody of the database for the Directory and will not disclose information contained therein to anyone not listed in the Directory.
