If your name is on this list, and it is determined that you are the rightful beneficiary of a former DWP employee, you may be entitled to a certain payment (some may be a significant amount), provided you submit certain documentation, including proof of identity and relationship to the former DWP Plan member.  Any potential claimant must submit a valid ID and must be able to submit evidence of the relationship to the former DWP member.
