Board of Administration

The Retirement Board has the sole and exclusive responsibility to administer the Plan for the purpose of providing benefits to Plan members and their beneficiaries, minimize the Department contributions, and to defray the reasonable expenses of administration. The duty to Plan members and their beneficiaries takes precedence over all other duties.

Retirement Board members serve as trustees and must act in the exclusive interest of Plan members and their beneficiaries.
